For rent, an authentic farmhouse in a wooded park of 1.4 ha, with a private swimming pool, close to all amenities. Huge playground for your children and/or your four-legged friends (up to 2 pets welcome). The pool is fully private and secure. Enjoy the covered terrace, barbecue grill, and table tennis for outdoor fun. If needed, we can offer you linens for rent, as well as a cleaning fee. The space The rental space is located on the first floor (90 m²) and is composed of: - a spacious living/dining room with a bookcase, 2 sofas and 1 TV, with Internet/fiber/Wi-Fi (high-speed, suitable for video calls). - a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, small appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. - a large bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 2 90x190 bunk beds and a wardrobe. - a large bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed and a wardrobe. - An adjoining intermediate bedroom (see photo plan) with 2 bunk beds and storage shelves. - A bathroom with a heated towel rail, double sinks and a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. On-site parking and garage parking are available. Guest access The rental includes the first floor of the Mas and the entire property grounds (1.4 hectares), including the private swimming pool. Other things to note The rental is governed by a rental contract and is from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights for the months of July and August, and a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year, depending on calendar availability. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
